This ancient form of Yoga is thousands of years old and has you dive into a challenging and nourishing practice aimed to bring steadiness and calm to your body and mind.
Hatha Yoga always starts with a Moon practice, because it focuses on developing your breathing technique, specifically exhalation. By working on longer holds and physiological steadiness it helps us to cool down, to ground ourselves and to reconnect to our true selves which exist beyond the thinking mind.
Don’t worry about not being physically flexible enough. The classes are for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
All you need is comfy clothes and something to hydrate with.
